SHIPPING

We frequently experience busy periods, as such please allow 1–4 days for your product to be dispatched.

As we are regionally located, please allow 2–5 business days for express post to arrive.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a text message for tracking purposes to the contact number provided at checkout.

If you provide the wrong contact information or address for your purchase/order, we take no responsibility and do not refund or replace orders if details are incorrect.

All orders are shipped in a padded bag for extra protection.

NO CHANGE OF MIND ON ANY PRODUCTS! Due to health and safety this is not an option for our products, so please choose carefully.
EXCHANGES
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer exchanges directly. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to send the item with its original packaging and packing slip to our returns PO Box. Once the item has been received, we will issue you an e-gift card or refund if applicable for the amount of the item. We cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will be in stock when it reaches our office.
