DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We quality-check all of our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you have received a damaged item, please allow us to correct it for you!

Tags/labels must still be attached to the damaged item, and we must be informed of the damage/defect before returning.

Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. If it has been more than 3 days, we are not able to replace the item for you.

If it has been within the 3-day period, we will refund or give you a store credit for the product, or replace the item for you and return ship free of cost. If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit (e-gift card).
HOW TO RETURN IF DEEMED FAULTY

All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds — unless faulty. No change of mind on any products.

Returns on faulty products can be made online only through email.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition.

Merchandise must be unopened, unused, unwashed, in original condition with no damage, and all tags/labels must be attached.

Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
