Refund policy

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We quality-check all of our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you have received a damaged item, please allow us to correct it for you!

  • Tags/labels must still be attached to the damaged item, and we must be informed of the damage/defect before returning.

  • Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. If it has been more than 3 days, we are not able to replace the item for you.

  • If it has been within the 3-day period, we will refund or give you a store credit for the product, or replace the item for you and return ship free of cost. If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit (e-gift card).

HOW TO RETURN IF DEEMED FAULTY

  • All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds — unless faulty. No change of mind on any products.

  • Returns on faulty products can be made online only through email.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition.

  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused, unwashed, in original condition with no damage, and all tags/labels must be attached.

  • Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  • Tanning oils

Sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.
