Sam Alford lives on the Gold Coast and works full-time as a pipe layer, spending long hours outdoors. She also models part-time for Gold Coast Tanning. Before starting her tanning journey, Sam had very fair skin and would burn easily. Tell us a bit about your skin type before using a tanning nasal spray.

I’ve always had very fair skin and struggled to tan. The Aussie sun is brutal, and if you have fair skin you’re literally screwed — I would burn so easily and go straight red.

I work as a pipe layer on the Gold Coast, so I’m outdoors most days. Being in the sun is unavoidable with my job.
